Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Return/refund conditions:

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt/delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept any returns for the following:

  • Installed or used products. (Please carefully compare the part your ordered to the part you are replacing prior to attempting to install it. If an install was attempted, this will likely disqualify you from a full refund or any refund. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact us at Support@DieselDogPerformance.com.)
  • Tools
  • Custom-ordered parts
  • Open electronic, video, or software products
  • Hazardous materials (Oils, additives, etc.)

Return or core return process:

  • Please contact us prior to attempting to return an item.
  • Please note that all costs associated with core returns are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, a shipping label will be provided for the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to charge a 5%-20% restocking fee as well as deduct shipping costs from the owed refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded. Sale items may be refunded on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your order or the product you received, please contact us at Support@DieselDogPerformance.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@DieselDogPerformance.com.

Gifts

We cannot process any refunds without a receipt and to any other purchase method other than the one originally used to make the purchase.

With that being said, we may be able to offer store credit if you can provide the proper information that was used when this item was purchased from us as a gift. Please contact us at Support@DieselDogPerformance.com.
